No two stories are the same, and I approach each wedding as a blank canvas, allowing it to unfold in its own unique way. My role is to preserve your day with intention, artistry, and authenticity, creating imagery that feels honest and deeply personal.
Just as important as the photographs is the experience of creating them. I believe the best images are made when you feel genuinely comfortable, seen, and cared for. By taking the time to build meaningful relationships with my clients and bringing a calm, reassuring presence to every wedding, I create space for you to let go of performing for the camera and simply be present with the people you love. Intimate Weddings and Celebrations

It all starts with an inquiry. From there, I will reach out to share my investment guide and set up a 15-20 minute consultation via phone or video. Together, we’ll discuss your wedding vision and photography needs, and I’ll share more about the Kassidy Gomes Photography experience. Choosing a photographer is deeply personal, and this call is where our connection begins, the first step in building a relationship that carries through your wedding day.

Proposal & Booking
Following our call, you'll receive a custom proposal tailored to your wedding day which includes your collection, investment, and contract. I'm happy to answer questions as you take time to review. When you’re ready to secure your date, you can do so with a signed contract and 25% retainer.
The Engagement Session
Every collection includes a complimentary engagement session, an intentional first step in building our relationship before your wedding day. Once booked, I'll guide you through location selection, styling, and artistic direction, so the experience feels effortless. Together, we'll build comfort in front of the camera and create images that set the tone for all that's to come.
Planning & Preparation
Your wedding deserves to be documented with intention, and I approach every detail of the planning process accordingly. I work closely with you and your planner on timeline development, location scouting, and logistics, so I arrive fully prepared to capture your day. About one to two months before your wedding, we'll meet to finalize every detail, and I'm available throughout the planning process for anything you may need.
